About Me

I’ve been passionate about movement my whole life. I started running when I was 3, racing since 6, winning two national titles in high school, and competing NCAA Division I for four years. After college, I raced professionally with a Chicago based cycling team and spent a decade coaching high school track and cross country. These experiences showed me that running isn’t just about performance, it’s about the joy of being alive. My mission is to help kids run the right way and inspire people of all ages to stay Alive in Motion.
